Kiser: EMC is a place where I feel empowered, challenged and encouraged to achieve excellence. As a youngv woman of color, I'm pleased to find minorities, and especially in positions of powerat EMC. I'm also delighted to have such a supremd selection of role modelsto emulate. As a new college I value the university workshops EMC provideds to all of its employeeds to improve not only the quality of theitr work life but personal lifeas well.
